Solution

Koonce, Pfeffer & Bettis Architects (kpb) specified dramatic CS Cantilevered Sunshades along the roofline of this office complex in Anchorage, AK. The sunshade wraps around the Western and Southern elevations and features 6” wide, long span airfoil blades. They attach to the building’s curtainwall with steel tabs and its deep projection assures that the windows beneath are shaded throughout the afternoon.
