At the site of a former industrial property, Southline Parking Garage is a groundbreaking, 31-acre purpose-built science and technology development in South San Francisco, situated in the shadows of gorgeous mountain terrain. Designed as a thriving, transit-oriented campus, Southline accommodates tech and life science companies. Phase one of the project included CS’ Facades by Design™ custom graphics on perforated panels, turning a run-of-the-mill parking garage into a visually stunning piece of art.
Less than an hour away in San Mateo, KIKU Crossings is a seven-story affordable housing apartment complex with over 200 units. Surrounding the exterior of the parking garage are CS’ decorative facade fins. The sunshades effectively minimize direct sunlight infiltration into the parking garage while integrating a distinctive design aspect into the facade, providing the structure with a functional yet visually appealing solution.
Over in Mentor, Ohio, Mentor Hospital is a state-of-the-art medical facility designed to provide top-quality healthcare to its community. As part of its modern design, the building features CS’ MW-7315 architectural louvers, which help with airflow and weather protection while enhancing the hospital’s exterior. With its focus on innovation and patient care, Mentor Hospital stands as a vital addition to the region’s healthcare network.
