As part of our ongoing investments to improve the customer experience, Construction Specialties recently implemented a new enterprise resource planning (ERP) system designed to strengthen our operations, improve visibility across the supply chain, and create a better long-term experience for you.  

As with any significant system transformation, we are working through a period of stabilization and continuous improvement. While we are making progress each week, we recognize that the shipment dates we previously communicated have not always met your expectations, or our own standards.

To meet your needs for reliable information, we are making a temporary change to the way we communicate ship dates. Effective immediately and until further notice, estimated shipment dates will no longer be included on Order Acknowledgements.

As part of this temporary change, we will notify you by email once reliable shipment information becomes available. You may receive multiple emails based on the particular order details. Once your shipping dates are confirmed, you will be able to see the information in Fast Track, our order status lookup on the CS website.

We understand this may require adjustments to your planning processes, and we encourage you to consider this change in your project scheduling and procurement planning. Our goal is to provide information that is accurate and actionable, rather than sharing estimates that may subsequently change. 

Please know that our teams remain focused on improving system performance, operational stability, and the predictability you expect from Construction Services. We will send you an email as soon as confirmed shipment information is available for your orders.
