To complement this building's high-tech design, Alfonso Architects wanted the sunshades to visually float on the building. The unique sunshades are comprised of C/S Modular Grilles set in custom C/S Sun Control framing components. The 2" x 4" perimeter tube frames are mechanically fastened to a single outrigger through mounting spacers to achieve the architect's desired effect. The sunshades are 10' wide with a 3' projection and are capped with a 10' demi fin fascia. Effective at reducing heat and glare, C/S Shadowline™ Sunshades are designed to allow soft dappled light to enter the building's interior.
