The real beauty is beneath the surface.
All Floorometry products offer architects and designers hundreds of
exciting visual possibilities, but Floorometry's real beauty lies in
its engineering. Each of the four Floorometry products is manufactured
in 18" x 18" modules that are designed to be installed flush to the
surrounding floor finish. For use in both new construction and
renovation projects with an existing recess, each Floorometry system
is designed to install like ceramic tile with epoxy cement. Once
installed, Floorometry provides pedestrians with a completely stable,
solid feel, and the system was designed to handle heavy rolling loads.
All Floorometry products feature a recess to trap dirt, mud and water,
keeping building interiors clean and dry.
1
Floor Surface
Floorometry's surface options provide exceptional aesthetics and performance. Choose from the high-tech look of stainless steel, elegant stone or many other exciting insert options.
2
Structural Drain Assembly
All Floorometry modules include a structural assembly to provide stability. All assemblies are perforated or slotted to allow dirt and water to fall through to the vapor barrier/bond breaker below.
3
Bond Breaker
This .022" (.56mm) polyethylene sheet prevents epoxy cement from bonding to the module’s top surface and is designed to collect scraped off dirt and water.
4
Mud Plate
Provides a permanent foundation, keeping Floorometry in place and aligned as it bonds with adhesive.
5
Adhesive
Flooring epoxy should be applied with a notched trowel to ensure full bedding of the mud plate.
6
Maintenance
Mechanical lock down allows panels to be removed for easy cleaning. Floorometry tiles are easily removed from their permanent base to allow access to dirt and water.
