Pedisystems Four-Day Shipping Program

Whether due to scheduling necessity or procrastination, our customers often wait to place their mat and grid orders until there is an immediate need. C/S wants to be the supplier who can fill its customers’ needs whenever possible! To that end, we have calculated the manufacturing impact and cost of providing a four-day shipping program.

For a premium, your customers can have their orders shipped within four days! The orders must comply with the following:

Procedure

The completed order must be received at C/S by 12:00 PM EST on a scheduled workday. A completed order consists of:

  • E-mail to your regional sales assistant containing purchase order, model, color, frame, traffic direction, finish and size
  • Phone call confirmation to your regional sales assistant
  • Agreement signed by the customer confirming they will pay any expedited shipping charges
  • No credit issues

After all appropriate paperwork is received, we will then process the order to ship on or before the subsequent fourth workday.

Premium

An extra 20% (or a minimum of $150.00) will be charged for this four-day service. In the unlikely event that C/S does not meet the ship date, there will be no premium charged and we will pay the expedited shipping costs.

  • Pedimat® M1 or M2 in mill finish
  • PediTred® G4 in mill finish
  • TreadLine® T1 with black rails

The inserts from which to choose are: (heavy duty or standard inserts only)

  • Wrought iron
  • Castle Gray
  • Graphite
  • Expresso
  • Sandbar
  • Slate
  • Hearty Moss
  • All 6 Vinyl Inserts

Note: Other carpet colors subject to availability.

Dimensions

Maximum job size is 100 square feet, which can be a combination of more than one unit. Only rectangular shapes are available and no shop drawings can be required.
